The Rail Freight (Users and Suppliers) Group (RFG) is committed to ensuring the rights and privacy of its Members are always at the forefront of its work.
The RFG holds and processes personal data for business-critical purposes. These include: invoicing and financial processing; external campaigning integral to the function of RFG; internal and external communications; event promotions and any other purpose critical to the function of the Group.
All data is held securely in full accordance with Data Protection Laws, however if you have any concerns over the way your personal data is being used by the Group, please do not hesitate to contact us immediately. If you wish to unsubscribe at any time please email contact@susans86.sg-host.com.
All personal data collected by the Group is treated confidentially and will never be disclosed to external organisations, other than any acting as contractors or agreed agents on behalf of RFG for legitimate purposes. No data will ever be sold or passed on to a third-party company.
RFG guarantees its Members that:

- Data is processed only for the purpose(s) for which it was collected

Members have the right to Subject Access, as defined by the Information Commissioner’s Office, and RFG will assist in any way it can to define how data is stored, processed and used and given a copy of all data held on themselves. RFG reserves the right to charge a nominal admin fee for access requests.
RFG respects the right of the individual including: the right to opt out and the right to be forgotten. This policy is written in accordance with ICO guidelines.
PRIVACY
We are committed to protecting your privacy. We will only use the information that we collect about you lawfully (in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998). We collect information through various forms and through email enquiries. We also use cookies on the site (please see below).
