How the revised National Policy Statement for road and rail affects you and how you can influence it

On 14 March 2023 the DfT issued a revised National Policy Statement for National Networks. This document sets out the government’s statement of need for large road, rail and rail freight projects and how applications for such projects should be assessed and decided.
