UK steel has been a major topic of discussion this month, highlighting the essential role of rail freight in supporting the industry and keeping this vital manufacturing sector moving.

In this issue, we also bid a fond farewell to RFG team member Phillippa O’Shea as she retires from the Group. Phillippa has been a valued colleague and will be greatly missed. Fortunately, she will continue to be involved with RFG, helping to organise our ever-popular Christmas Lunch.

On page 3, DB Cargo UK showcases its new green terminal at Cricklewood—a great example of how rail freight can contribute to a more sustainable future.
