It leads with coverage of our Christmas Lunch, which welcomed not only Rail Minister Huw Merriman MP and Shadow Rail Minister Tan Dhesi MP, but some 800 RFG members and their guests. Our lunch is always an amazing opportunity to celebrate the successes of the year and have fun with colleagues and the most recent event was no different. A huge thank you to everyone who joined us.

Included inside this issue we have our regular column from the Great British Railways Transition Team (GBRTT) and guest article from Steve Oldroyd of Voith discussing the many benefits of digital coupling.
