RFG News – March 2021 – Issue 146

The 146th issue of RFG News, the Rail Freight Group’s regular newsletter, has now been published.

The March 2021 issue leads with the news that Stadler and Rail Operations (UK) have signed a new deal for 30 Class 93 tri-mode locomotives. It’s an exciting development for the sector as they present a significant step forward in rail freight proving its green credentials and potential for the future.

We report on our recent events including our webinar with the Rail Safety and Standards Board; our discussion of Network Rail’s freight plans and our first virtual Quiz Night.

In this issue, we also announce our Sponsor Partners for 2021.
