John Hall, Managing Director of Davis Wagon Services, began his Railway career in 1998 at the former York Carriage works working for Thrall Europa building over 2,500 vehicles in the five years the plant was Operational. John joined Marcroft Engineering in 2003 as a Process Engineer before heading up the MRP and Material Control Department prior to moving into a field based role. John joined Davis Wagon Services in 2008 as the Operations Services Manager, progressing to General Manager in 2015 and then Managing Director in 2017. John heads up a team of 54 employees across the UK with 14 key clients listed within the company’s portfolio.
